I?m considering hosting a small business WordPress site with OnlineHome (I believe they?re part of IONOS/1&1?). The price point looks good, and the interface seems beginner-friendly, but I wanted to check with real users before committing.
My main questions are:
How is WordPress performance on their shared hosting plans ? especially with plugins like Elementor or WooCommerce?
How responsive is their customer support when issues come up?
